F2F--SAS Developer w/ Mortgage experience in Washington DC

 

 

Role: SAS Developer w/ Mortgage experience

Location: Washington DC 20036

Duration: 6 months to start – very likely to go long term

Interview: Phone, F2F –

 

Person needs SAS programming, data management and reporting experience.

SAS V9.2 (64 bit OS)

 

The system is called mortgage RX.  Not looking for a nightly production person, looking for people that can do  ad hoc, producing on tight deadlines.  Looking for someone to have strong analytical background as well

  

-              Solid hands-on experience of at least 4 to 5 years in BASE SAS, specifically in a reporting role.

-              Good to have experience in RDBMS and other Data Warehousing applications.

-              Ability to translate user data and reporting requirements into SAS programming language.

-              Project management experience with a consulting mindset (and preferably prior financial services experience).

-              Strong written and oral communication skills.
