Position: Senior JAVA Webservices Developer

Location: Montplier, VT
Duration: 6 -12 Months

Interview: Telephonic/Skype

 

Job Description:

 

8-10+ years of IT experience in Design, Development of Enterprise Applications in Java\J2EE.

2+ years of experience in Java Web Services using Core Java, J2EE, SOA, spring, JPA, Hibernate (ORM)

Knowledge of Marshalling XML using O/X Mappers like Castor, JAXB etc.

Experience in using ORM Framework like Hibernate for O/R mapping to map Java POJO objects with the DB Objects.

Good knowledge and experience in developing, deploying SOA components and Web services.

Knowledge in SOAP, WSDL.

Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT etc.

Experience with JBoss, Tomcat.

Experience in writing build scripts using ANT and Knowledge in Maven.

Experienced in using SVN, CVS and Tortoise SVN as version manager

Experience in using XML related technologies.

Experience and good understanding with OOD, OOP Development Methodologies.

Experience in using development tools Log4J, JUNIT.

Knowledge of using DB Tool like SQL Workbench, TOAD, SQL Developer.

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Knowledge of Agile development.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the rapidly emerging Technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player with innovative support.
