Job Description:- 

As a Senior Consultant in our insurance industry practice, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in US retirement (Public and Private sector) with hands-on experience on 401 and 457

• Should have thorough understanding of the entire
  
• Insurance value chain.
  
• Should have good understanding of variable annuity products, their functionalities involved and business rules associated with various guarantees offered.
  
• Ability to work with database to query and analyze problem tickets
  
• Experience in working on onsite offshore model, with conceptual understanding of technology to interact with
  
• delivery teams
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience in structured requirement gathering, analysis & documentation.
  
• Experience of Requirements capture using Use Cases
  
• Hands on experience on Agile
