• The successful candidate will have strong Linux or UNIX system administration skills
• The successful candidate will have strong scripting experience and skills in at least one language
• The candidate will engage in technically challenging work across multiple initiatives. This work will involve System Administration tasks, scripting tasks, troubleshooting Client SA automation solutions, assisting with the deployment of new Client SA and Puppet infrastructure and automation solutions. The candidate will work collaboratively within DevOps and with others.
• Assist in supporting existing automation solutions that need to be updated or fixed.
• Assist in developing new automation solutions
• Assist in the stand-up of a puppet infrastructure supporting thousands of systems
• Assist in integrating existing automation components such as Client SA, Client OO, Client CSA
• Be a key player in projects that deliver new capabilities to business units, filling gaps in automation.

Qualifications: 
Number of Years of Work Experience: 10-15

Required Skills:
5+ years of Linux System Administration experience
Windows System Administration experience is a plus
1+ years of scripting experience in one or more languages
Experience with automation technologies such as: Client SA, Puppet, Chef, CFengine, etc.
Python or perl are a plus

Preferred Skills:
Experience with, or understanding of, supporting SaaS offerings
Experience support production environments
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail and focus on quality
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical staff
Ability to act decisively and works well under pressure
Knowledge and understanding of ITIL or similar IT Service Management framework

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Preferred)
