 Technical/Functional Skills:

      C#, .NET (Nice to have - VB.NET, WCF, Boot Strap, java Script / jQuery, ASP, JSP, Oracle SQL Server,)

      Functional: Life Insurance domain experience

 

Experience Required:

      Experience doing production support

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

      Majorly production support and minor development and enhancements (optionally) that includes

      Acknowledge tickets and sending communication as per SLAs

      Working and resolving with SLAs defined

      Managing major incidents and outages

      Preparing weekly status reports and SLA reports

      Providing oncall support for critical tickets during non-business hours]
