Project Manager (Salesforce Experience)

Must have experience with built interactive reporting or user facing Loyalty or Incentive systems. Must have worked with multiple complex data sources. Experience building CustomApps on the Salesforce.com platform. Lead projects including deployment/development in Salesforce.com 
 
 
Loyalty/Sales portfolio.

• Salesforce.com required.
• Business value of the project is to provide all sales teams throughout the world the same resources necessary to develop creative solutions to capture market share; and provide all customers regardless of location, access to all innovative products.
• Experience managing portal development projects.
• PM will need to work across multiple IT groups and with multiple business teams (highly cross-matrixed project) to accomplish project objectives.
• PM need keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome.
• Strong track record managing IT projects
• Structured methodology knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain cohesive motivated teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong consulting and customer service skills
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
