Experience in working in Agile and fast paced environments
Good communication skills (documentation, sharing ideas, training)
Experience with quick/iterative prototyping
Mandatory Skills :
Expert developer with expertise Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Java
Experience with open source technologies (Chef, Nagios, Swift or Apache Traffic Server)
Experience in developing complex tools/systems, APIs
Experience in web development, content/video development/processing or IP/HTTP performance measurement/analysis tools
Good To have
Knowledge/Experience of OSGI framework
Expertise in developing for small footprint such as devices with limited processing/strorage
Expertise in Linux, Pearl, Virtualization/Cloud technologies, TCP/IP, IP networking, HTTP, CDN, web server, caching/proxy/GSLB
Experience in web visualization technologies (for better analysis and communication of complex data sets)
Experience with support/trouble resolution
