Working knowledge with FACETS Claims/Provider modules or collection system
Query Development and Data Analysis Skill
Strong Communication Skill and Interpersonal Skill
hands-on knowledge with Word, Visio and Excel
Six Sigma would be nice to have

 

Collaborates with business and IT partners to facilitate and support the development of detailed scope statements and high level business requirements in development efforts.
