Offshore/Onsite	Onsite
B G C	Yes it takes up to 3 weeks so no immediate joiners.
skills	ü  One LBA with collection framework expertise   ü  One LSA (Pega with content management experience in Mortgage -- The person should have understanding of Pega and also worked on content management tools like FileNet and P8 with domain knowledge of Banking specific in mortgage)
Extension Possible	May be
