Technologies: Active Directory (win 2012) , Quest Migration Manager and other Quest Tools ( Active Roles Server, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager), Powershell Responsibilities: 1. Interact with client 2. Lead Deployment and support from onsite Activities: 1. Deploy Domain controllers at various sites 2. Provide L2 & L3 Support on Active Directory & Help Resolve Production issues 3. Provide L2 and L3 support on Quest Migration Manager related issues 4. Provide L2 and L3 support on Quest Tools ( Active Roles server, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager) 5. Co-ordination with other departments like Desktop, Server, Email, Oracle and Assist in any of the releases/issues involving Active Directory 6. Perform change management tasks pertaining to OUs, GPOs and AD attributes 7. Automate AD related report generation and other support tasks thru PS scripting |
