Position: JAVA J2EE WITH JENKINS

Location: DETROIT, MI

Duration: 3+ Months

Experience: 5+ YEARS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Java-J2EE (Mandatory) Jenkins Continuous Integration

·         You are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing)

·         You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.

·         You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

·         Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Java-J2EE:

·         Should be able to write programs independently.

·         Good at advanced JE concepts such as Distributed transactional computing, n-tier J2EE architecture, Distributed multitier applications, Java 2 platform, JE components, Container services, Container types, JE servers and Containers & Application deployment architecture. Knowledge in JE APIs such as EJB, JMS, Security, Transaction, JNDI, Connector & Web Services.

·         Good understanding of Repackaging, Common J2EE design patterns, J2EE lifecycle and roles.

·         Should know how to use the inbuilt classes like Validator class and how to separate the view from model and controller in JE architecture.

·         Should have good knowledge of build scripting and build tools like ANT.JE includes technologies like HTML, JavaScript, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Struts, XML,EJB. Should know how to write and execute unit test cases

Java Transaction Management:

·         JTA: Should be aware of fundamentals on JTA, Bean managed and Container managed user transactions, Transaction manager, XA resource, JTS - transaction manager, interface & exceptions.

·         Good knowledge of X/Open XA Architecture, JTAImplementation of the X/Open XA architecture, Java Transaction APIs, User Transaction Support in EJB server, User Transaction support in JNDI, J2SE.

·         Should understand unit testing ( and able to execute unit test cases.

Web Services:

o    Should be able to Design and Architect Web Services, Interoperability between J2EE and .Net.

·         Should be able to Design and Architects complying with WS-I standards

Java-J2EE:

·         Should be able to design, develop, debug programs independently and mentor others.

·         Good understanding of Java EE 5 platform, Annotations, JPA, Dependency injection, EJB 3.0, Web services, JSF 1.2, JSP2.1, Servlet 2.5, JSTL 1.2 and the simpler packaging rules.

·         Aware of JMX, JTA.

·         Usage of right Design Patterns, proper user, session managements, should also be conversent with developing application with various presentation and persistence models, Performance optimizations, Caching.

·         Should be able to design using J2EE technologies.
