Position: Seismic Data Loading Consultant

Location: Houston, TX

Duration:  months

 

Seismic data loading

Load 2D and 3D navigation data

Load seismic trace data using PostStack Data Loader

Understanding of using SEG Y formats and data loaders

Quality control after loading

 

Role and Requirements

Seismic Loaders

Minimum 5-year geoscience or related degree

Minimum 3 years' experience

Strong expertise in seismic data loading to G&G applications.

Strong knowledge of seismic navigation, geometry and interpretation data.

Knowledge of all ancillary products typically delivered with seismic data.

Domain experience with geophysical and geological data.

Knowledge of coordinate reference systems and datums

Windows and Linux operating system and applications
