·         Expert VMware knowledge and experience using vCloud

·         Advanced SCCM experience and knowledge of its capabilities

·         Extensive Microsoft Windows Server 2008 administration experience

·         Is a self manager and understands project best practices

·         Experience automating a server build process.

·         Advanced scripting knowledge – PowerShell

·         Has a proven passion for driving to efficiency and has examples to show for it.

·         Must be able to collaborate with other highly trained system engineers to establish requirements for automation and develop a plan.

·         Has experience supporting an environment with greater than 2,000 servers/guest.
