Title: SAP HCM Developer
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Job Description:
Qualified Candidates:
6 years minimum of IT related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of related development/project experience with HCM & PI.
5+ years of SAP based development including high level of ABAP development expertise. Including but not limited to: Dialog Programming, ALV Reports.
Additional Qualifications:
Candidates must have prior experience with the design of technical solutions to meet business requirements (not just the development).
Should also have prior experience with resource oversight, including work assignment and quality control on deliverables
Job Summary:
The Technical Developer is responsible for guiding the overall design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code within their area of expertise.
This includes, but is not limited to, working with the functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of test plans.
The current environment consists of ECC, SCM, CRM, GTS, BW, XI, Solution Manager and EP.
To qualify At least 3 years of experience developing HCM solutions on SAP ECC 6.0: HR Modules such as Payroll, Personnel Management and Benefits.
ESS and MSS experience is a plus
Experience in SAP development using ALE/IDOC, RFC.
Experience and/training in user interaction design.
Experience working with an off-shore development team.
