Position: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

NEW UPDATE PER THE TIAA MANAGERS. THEY SAY THAT ALL RESUMES THUS FAR MOSTLY "DO NOT HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING THE PS SOURCING MODEL VS. JUST GENERAL PEOPLESOFT EXPERIENCE". PLEASE SUBMIT CANDIDATES WHO HAVE HAD DIRECT EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING THE PS "SOURCING MODULE"

Job description:-

• Must have a proven record of Leading functional efforts on multiple Peoplesoft Strategic Sourcing Projects with 8+ years experience.
• Being a primary Lead in handling all functional requirement/Gaps and properly communicated to the Business and Technical team in a structure methodology.
• Must have expertise in understanding the Business/Functional Requirements and evolve them to Functional/Technical Design.
• Must have proven experience in preparing functional/technical design documentation for the Sourcing implementation project.
• Peoplesoft 9.1/9.2 experience is a must.
• Should have proven experience with working with external vendors.
• Strong Query manager experience is a must.
• Experience with Peoplesoft  sPro/ePro/AP/GL  is a plus.
• Peoplesoft Technical skills is a plus.
• Proven to be worked on projects with high demand timelines.
• External Supplier connectivity experience is a plus.
• Peoplesoft Portal experience is an added plus.
