Job Title: Data Warehouse Analyst With Oracle and MS SQL EXP
Location : Tallahassee, FL
Duration : 1 year
Required Skills:
Oracle Related Experience
6 or more years' of experience with PL/SQL to query Oracle databases.
6 or more years' of experience with Oracle relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
6 or more years' of experience with Source Code Control System (SCCS) for the management of internal code changes to Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle objects, and scripts.
MS SQL Related Experience
6 or more years' of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2008.
6 or more years' of experience as an MS SQL administrator inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
6 or more years' of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked servers.
6 or more years' of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
6 or more years' of experience with configuration management (SourceSafe administration) for SQL database objects.

Reports Development Experience

Job Requirement Details
Modify MSSQL T-SQL language;
Modify MSSQL Database Storage structures tables;
Modify MSSQL tables view indexes;
Develop ad-hoc queries on MSSQL Databases;
Work directly with Information Technology to manage production promotion for Crystal BO reports
Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements;
Process defect tickets to correct system errors within one (1) to two (2) business days;
Process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response (due) date of tickets assigned will range from one (1) hour to more than one (1) week;
Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined report requirements;
Provide analytical services on systems to identify data integrity issues;
Facilitate collecting of report requirements with the business program staff;
Deliver code to perform reporting functions as defined in user requirements;
Document report requirements, business processes, and system processes;
Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements;
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff;
Facilitate meetings with technical and program staff (scheduling meetings, document decisions, identify issues and action items);
Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements and system changes;
Produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements;
Produce detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks;
Provide analytical services on DOH IT processes to identify operational efficiencies;
Provide analytical research to satisfy queries requested by the Legislature and DOH management;
Follow DOH IT processes and coordinate with other DOH IT staff to ensure compliance with DOH standards; and
Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.
