I have this one just came in a few minutes ago. Here are the details the only catch is they need to be able to start next week as early as Monday. Candidate that are local from Houston preferred. Will process candidate as soon as possible.
Title : SAP HR Trainer
Duration : 6+ months
Pay Rate : $55-65 /hr on C2C
Location : Houston, TX
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The SAP Payroll trainer is responsible for the preparation and execution of application training of plant personnel.
· Must have strong working knowledge of SAP Payroll functionality, master data and transaction flow.
· Work with another trainer to build training materials and training schedule
· Work with IT and business SAP subject matter experts in the area of Payroll to review and update the training documentation.
· Coordinate / perform SAP training of plant personnel at various sites across the United States.
· Work with the technical support teams to provide input and coordination of activities related to defect resolution.
· Work with operations personnel to identify and provide input to operation procedures and plans.
· Be a liaison between SAP project team and end users
MANDATORY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related education/experience
· 3 to 5 years of experience training SAP end users in the areas of the SAP Payroll module.
· SAP ECC 6.0 and EHP 6 experience preferable
· Strong working knowledge of core SAP Payroll business processes.
· Experience building training documentation, coordinating training schedules, In depth knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point
· Advanced skills and knowledge of functional and technical documentation.
· Strong analytical abilities, communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer facing interaction, customer service, and presentation.
· Self-starter with leadership qualities who can work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision.
· Ability to provide quality business solutions within compressed timelines and delivery dates.
· Able to work independently and communicate risks, potential problems and appropriate resolutions to supervisor
· Must be able to create training materials for SAP
· Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
· Energy industry experience is a huge plus, but not required.
