The candidate will be responsible for the information requirements and business analysis deliverables for Corporate based solutions. Because of substantial customer interfacing, you must have a demonstrated ability to communicate technology and business concepts to diverse groups and work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate must be able to play an integral role in the solution determination process, and be able to describe and defend requirements and decisions to all levels of management, both verbally and in writing.
Project Description
- Performs facilitation processes to drive out requirements from all levels of business and technical clients using group and collaborative methods
- Works closely with the Project Manager, Business Leaders and Stakeholders
- Must be process oriented and results driven. Directly interact daily with internal and external customers, 3rd party vendors, and other groups within the organization.
- Delivery of organized documentation & presentations, participating in project teams, and providing regular status reporting.
- Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community while being able to translate customer needs and business requirements into features and high-level functions.
- Analyzes and determines problem/opportunity/solution resolution.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicates needed changes to development team.
- Understand business needs and ensure compliance to standards.
- Research's new technology/tools used to improve daily activity for the IT Business Analyst Role.
Required Skills:
Technical:
- Must have previous business analysis experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Billing
- Applications, VMS Solutions
- Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques (i.e. Use Cases, Workflow models, Gap
- Analysis, Decomposition diagrams, etc.)
- Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community and resolve data and application Issues
- Demonstrates skills of technical tool/technique experience in multiple platforms
- Business process reengineering experience, including documentation of processes through the use of flowcharting software.
- Exhibits confidence and knowledge of application functions and design within the enterprise. Applies and communicates this to the business through current processes and recommended solutions.
Professional:
- Possesses high-quality written and verbal presentation skills (i.e. facilitating work/JAD sessions, informative and well organized requirements, negotiation skills, presentations)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing business analysis timelines and deliverables around multiple projects
- Experience in managing customer expectations effectively
- Thinks "outside the box" to generate fresh ideas/approaches
Experience:
- 5+ years of analytical skills and requirements gathering related to application development.
- Staffing Industry experience is a plus

Description
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines
and within budget. This includes identifying required resources and coordinating the efforts of team
members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the
project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Lead and direct projects requiring high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Formulate risk mitigation strategies and recommend solutions
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan/Schedule/Track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Experience
- Must have 5 years’ previous project management experience either in payroll or billing applications
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and office software used to manage projects.
- Such tools include MS Project, Issue Log, Scope Change Log, Resource Allocation Models, Financial
- Models, ROI and measurement tracking models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, team building and relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to often bring groups to

- Experience in managing projects that include Data Integration is a plus

- Create and maintain the project schedule
- Manage the day to day work of the BI team to ensure consistent technical direction and maintain best practices in all phases of the project lifecycle
- Analyze, document and communicate data integration requirements related to BI needs and objectives, and coordinate requirements with data owners and custodians
- Assess and propose solutions to improve the BI delivery architecture to evolve with business needs, including recommending data marts and data warehouse structures
- Establish and enforce standards to avoid redundancy and encourage standardization and consistency among reporting products and processes
- Design and build data marts for BI reporting
- Design and build graphs, charts and advanced SQL statements, develop scorecards, write and implement ETL scripts, tune tables and scripts for performance
Experience & Expertise:
- Good Leadership skills, Strong client communication skills and team mentoring skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience designing data models for 2+ large project ( $500K plus)
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- At least 5 years' experience developing ETL scripts for BI products (Business Objects Data Integrator)
- Over 7 years' experience in various forms of data modeling, including relational and star schema.
- Proficiency and demonstrated ability to design and develop numerous graphs, charts and advanced SQL statements, develop scorecards, create data structures to support requirements, write and implement ETL scripts, tune tables and scripts for performance.
- Demonstrated versatility in assuming a variety of responsibilities on BI projects, including hands-on project management, customer communication, requirements analysis and coordination, architecture design, and technical lead
- At least 9 years of progressive accomplishment as an expert BI designer and developer, defining and implementing requirements across multiple information technology platforms.
Skills:
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL
- knowledge & understanding of ETL architechture and development lifecycle
