3) Account Manager - (IT Consulting / Staffing)
Desired Skills:-
Ø A minimum of 5+ years of IT staffing / New Business Development / Account Management
Ø Develops plans/approaches. Identify prospects and develop strategies to secure new business.
Ø Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing Consulting business in USA
Ø Proven outside direct staffing / IT Consulting experience.
Ø Understand prospective clients business objectives and match those with deliverable
Ø Proven experience in developing strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals.
Ø Develop and manage full life-cycle account and sales plans from proposal presentation through closing clients on selecting us as a solutions provider
Ø Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements.
Ø Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment.
Ø Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
Ø Ability to work effectively in team environments.
Ø Regularly communicate with the recruiting team to identify highly place able candidates/employees to place with target accounts.
