TIBCO BE Developer :   Required Skills and Job Duties: • 7+ years as TIBCO Developer and Tester; Must have experience in Performance Optimization, BE, and development. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Performs technical analysis, technical design, and development of TIBCO enhancements • Executes unit and systems integration testing with source and destination consumers • Understands best practices in implementing interfaces using TIBCO BW, EMS, Hawk, logging, and error handling • Experience with Oracle relational databases, writing PL/SQL
