Position Objective:

Lead the planning, development and delivery of all project deliverables. The project manager is responsible for managing the budget and workplan and all aspects of Project Management discipline

 

 

Education:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

·         Thorough understanding of PM Concepts and their implementation

·         Tools - MS Project, MS Excel, Visio

·         General appreciation of Technologies aspects of project (Not looking for a developer but a PM with understanding of technical aspects of project, past development experience preferred)

·         PMP preferred but not a mandatory requirement

·         Good analytical skills

 

Experience:

·         At least 4-5 years of Project management experience with end to end project management and delivery experience for mid-size projects (<500 K USD)

·         Manage project right from conceptual stage to delivery

·         Experience with creating documents – Requirements, process flows, test plans

·         Led and managed projects in matrixed environment

·         Assigned project responsibilities to members of a project team and ensure successful completion of individual project tasks

·         Defined, managed and met stakeholder expectations

·         Developed workplan for small projects

·         Monitored task progress and took actions to resolve any issues

·         Identified & monitored project risks

·         Maintained required project records
