Java,
-JavaScript
- HTML4/5
- Spring
- Hibernate/MyBatis,
- Mockito/TestNG/jUnit
- SQL
- CoffeeScript/Knockout
-Web Service - WSDL/SOAP
- Selenium/Sonar
- Maven/Ant

 

Nice to have:
-Guice
- MyBatis

 

The person who we are replacing used to review other people’s code and was sort of the go to person for code quality after the architect ( so the candidate needs to have previous tech lead experience )
1. Rest services. We use rest easy.
2. Maven/ant for builds
3. Jax WS for soap calls
4. Unit test frameworks
5. Mock services. We use Mockito and powermock
6. Ability to detect bad coding practices like package tangle and misuse of responsibility of each layer
7. Orm tools, preferably ibatis/mybatis
8. General ability to lead a team or be a senior developer who is looked up to by other junior developers
9. Ability to work in a fast paced scrum environment.
