Title: Senior UI Developer
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Job Description:
Minimum 7 + years’ experience in user interface development
Must possess strong user experience background and a full understanding of UI design, page hierarchy
Perform hands-on development and coding of application components, UI controls, APIs using ExtJS
Strong understanding of Cross Browser Rendering Issues
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS for Layouts, NOT using Tables
Ability to apply design patterns and extend existing UI frameworks
Understanding of UI Framework especially with MVC
Hands-on object oriented programming in Java Script , AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3 using framework like ExtJS/Sencha
Proficient with JSON, Xml and RESTful web services
Proficient with the DOM and asynchronous event-programming model
Strong OO design skills with good coding disciples using MVC framework
Basic C# ( 4.0 )
Mentor and consult to internal development team in ExtJS technology
SVN/GUI development jQuery
UI Design Patterns
Working knowledge of relational database especially with Sql Server 2005
Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, rapidly growing environment
Client is looking for a UI Front End Developer to develop its new generation content delivery reporting platform for implementing risk and portfolio management solutions across a wide range of asset classes and markets.
Developing the new UI modules in Ext.JS for a newly developed website
