Respond to customer requests (verbally and in writing) *                                                                      5+ Yrs.

Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation                                                                              3+ Yrs.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and advanced customer support skills                 5+ Yrs.

Experience managing & supporting personal and/or network printers/multi-function devic         3+ Yrs.

Experience working with copier & desktop scanners                                                                                 2+ Yrs.

Experience supporting a large customer base (1500+ employees) working multiple locatio            5+ Yrs.

Microsoft Office 2010 Suite                                                                                                                            3+ Yrs.

Web Browser - Internet Explorer *                                                                                                               3+ Yrs.

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting *                                                                                                                   5+ Yrs.
