Technical Project Manager with MS Project & PPT experience. Pharma/Life sciences domain expertise.
Project Management Support
• PM Support Word:
Word: Documentation of Operational Processes
• Create Communications (Tools - video, FAQ, emails, logo): TLM Communication Plan & Communication messages; Program Level Communication (TLM, TLA, TL-CRM)
• gSite to support Marketing teams & TLLs for TLM document repository Output: gDoc Site dev/creation and supporting documents on structure and training Visio: gDoc site File hierarchy & process Word: Direction doc.
2. Transition Process Support & Requirements Gathering
• Vendor Consolidation Mtgs (Process transition meetings) Word: Document MOM to Manager & others.
• Document/Manage Transition Timelines MS Project/PPT: Create transition plan for all teams & maintain/ adjust as project progresses
• Review Sessions Word: Facilitate Design Sessions, document mtgs, distribute minutes & resolutions
3. Data and gap analysis
• Document/Manage Data Issues by acting as collection/ aggregation point. Visio: Create process flow Excel: Document process & track actions/resolutions after working with appropriate resources
• Create Data Package Word/PPT: Prepare & send all current process data to support the new process
4. Document operational processes
• Create Change Request Process supporting documentation for QV and SA Visio: Process flow Excel: Document, Report, Track Changes PPT/Word: Training doc, FAQ creation & updates
• Funding Management Visio: Process Flow Excel: Tracking Document PPT: Usage & Process
