Resource Overview for SHARED PLATFORMS Concentration
· Junior to Mid-level Technologist with knowledge of tools shall provide Operational support L1, L2, and evolve to engineering function for WMA shared service platforms working in concert with WMA IT senior Architects and UBS Global core engineering team support functions and ensure tools and platforms are engineered, deployable and supportable and will take on Key Sustaining Support functions.
· Shared platforms in scope are JIRA, Informatica ( ETL ), Shared Batch Service ( basic unix services ), SFTP shared platform.
· 2-5 years UNIX Support Services and Application Support experience.
· Strong scripting abilities on Linux.
· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as NetCool & Wily Introscope.
