There is a 2-layer quality assurance process by our Quality Managers before a recruiter finally submits the resume. Our technical expertize makes it sure that every phase of full-cycle recruiting being executed methodically with extreme monitoring.

*We provide our Recruiting services at a minimum price of $500/month for a single, exclusive and full-time Resource Specialist that you hire.

 

Bench Marketing:

Forward all your bench candidate profiles (Hot-List) to our Resource Specialist, he/she makes it sure that these profiles best suit the requirements they are applying to, it means, definite shots for the interviews. Our Resource Specialists team has the knack of convincing skill while negotiating the rates, post submission follow-ups etc. They do be in regular touch with the consultants being marketed to find their comfort level with the requirement and location, and also regarding regular updating of their resumes.

Apart from the job portals, we use a lot of other means and resources to find the best suited requirements, such as our vast database of recruiter/vendor contacts, web groups, Instant Messengers, social networking websites etc.  And moreover, we would keep everything transparent to you, we do not keep any margins.

* We provide our Bench Marketing services at a minimum price of $400/month for a single, exclusive and full-time Resource Specialist that you hire.
