Job Description:-
Demonstrated consulting expertise (gather requirements, problem solve
and recommend) in mid sized and Fortune 1000 customer environments
Demonstrated ability to achieve high level of Customer Satisfaction on
all consulting engagements
Support the sales team to provide business development for defined focus areas
Architecting and designing implementations with the ServiceNow ITSM Suite
Customizing and developing for the ServiceNow Platform
Javascript, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting
ServiceNow Administration
Planning and managing discovery/ assessment activities and defining
high-level program/action plans
Identifying opportunities to drive more value from an organization's
IT strategy through targeted areas contributing to improved business
performance and innovation by addressing constantly changing business
needs.
Understanding the business implication of process-centric IT in
striving to achieve process excellence
Conducting executive scans and strategic assessments
Designing, executing, evaluating and reporting out "Voice of the
Customer" analyses
Developing and executing strategies to support organizational direction
Incorporating alignment and organizational change management
activities into all other activities
Strategy Mapping
Developing appropriate communication vehicles
Ensuring continuity for customer from pre-sales to delivery
Assembling information to determine customer requirements
Identifying additional opportunities after Pepperweed led implementations
Management of strategic accounts
Publish and speak in specific practice industry
Actively develop practice IP
