* IT experience of 7-8 years

* Must have excellent C/C++,Sybase and Unix experience. Around 5 years in these skills

* Knowledge on Securities & Capital Market domain will be an advantage

* Should have performance tuning experience..

* Excellent analytical skill

* Preferable to have Application Maintenance Support Project

* Excellent communication skills
