Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will include: - Estimation and delivery of high quality, test driven Java code - Delivery of documentation to support projects and initiatives - Understanding and working with our RESTful web services API - Working with SPARQL & graph databases

 

Skills Required:
3+ years commercial experience of Java development - Collaborate with development approach to solutions - Ability to work under minimal supervision - Understanding of Windows basked desktops and standard office systems - Understanding of Linux based desktops and servers running virtually - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Motivated self-starter - Detail and quality oriented - Knowledge of web technologies (especially HTTP)

 

Skills Preferred but Not Required:
Experience of RDF and/or SPARQL queries - Experience of working in an Enterprise class business or FTSE500 - Experience of Test Driven approach to delivery

 

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 5
