PEOPLESOFT FINANCIAL FUNCTIONAL LEAD (AR/BI)--MEMPHIS, TN--- LONG TERM
We are looking for a Functional PeopleSoft consultant to implement PeopleSoft solutions to our clients.
Required skills include 10+ years minimum PeopleSoft Financials including Accounts Receivable and Billing. Also, equivalent years of experience in full life cycle implementation in Retail industries.
Experience in fit / gap analysis, functional design, functional testing, and end-to-end integration and UAT testing.
PeopleSoft FSCM skills preferred.
1) Significant experience configuring payment predictor, auto maintenance, and condition monitor.
2) Experience using both 9.0 and 9.1 versions.
3) Experience performing data conversion of customer master, customer statements, and open items from legacy environments.
Required
· At least 10+ years' experience in Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and leading large-scale Peoplesoft financials implementations for organizations with multiple locations.
· At least 10+ years' experience in FSCM knowledge , module in particular Accounts Receivable and Billing
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
· Ability to focus on the big picture and articulate integration points to the functional SME's.
· Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and coordinate UAT.
· Ability to conduct design walkthrough sessions and obtain design buy in and sign offs.
· Ability to work with the technical teams and assist in completion of unit testing.
· Deep experience in leading data mapping sessions, and assist the technical team in completing the technical design documents for RICE objects.
· Deep knowledge of Peoplesoft application security design, including but not limited to development of security matrix.
· Ability to show leadership traits, find a way, and inspire people to align with program objectives.
SERVER AND STORAGE ADMIN-- FOSTER CITY, CA ( NEED LOCAL F2F)-- 1 YEAR
Specific Responsibilities:
As a Server and Storage Expert, you will be responsible for working with Global IT teams to implement systems as well as maintaining, proactively managing and supporting systems such as SAN, NAS, Backup, VMware, Databases, Microsoft and Linux operating systems as well as other solutions that the business relies upon.
The Storage Expert will have experience with the majority of the NetApp tech stack and associated technologies, including:
• NetApp
• FAS 2000/3000/6000
• OnTAP
• SnapManager
• Data Fabric Manager
• SAN and Ethernet Networking Vmware or Hyper-V
• Data Domain/VTL
• Databases (Oracle/SQL)
• NetBackup
• Linux/Unix/Windows
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
· Provides senior level support for the day-to-day support, upgrade path, monitoring and on-going maintenance of Enterprise Wide Infrastructure – Servers & Storage.
· Working closely with management and colleagues to ensure that all phases of support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems and configuration issues are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, resolved and managed under change management processes.
· Maintains Security and Compliance of IT systems including implementation and execution of DR/BCP work program tasks.
· Accountable for day-to-day progress against agreed deadlines, towards business objectives.
· Works on specific projects under direction from management and in conjunction with Technology Strategy.
· Provide guidance, mentoring, assistance and development to colleagues on cross training and technical development of staff.
· May be required to travel to other sites domestically and internationally.
· Must be quality orientated and ensure all work streams are aligned with company and IT compliance standards.
· Work cross-functionally as a key contributor to the overall success of a global dynamic IT function to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment. Manage the planning, development, design, validation and implementation of assigned projects, including scope, work breakdown, schedules, budget and delivery.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field is preferred.
· NetApp qualifications and certification an advantage. Previously member on large IT implementations/migrations, at least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
· Previous experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and other regulatory requirements.
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
· The Server and Storage expert needs to be self-motivated and highly skilled in multiple technologies. They must be able to work independently and in a high performance team. . Must have a detailed working knowledge of the following technologies; SAN, NAS, Netbackup, Oracle and SQL databases, Data Domain, VTL and Virtualization.
