Basic rained in process flows and know 2 core modules ability to navigate the screens work as per the guidelines Trained in D2K, SQL and PL/SQL
Oracle Adv HRMS:
Working experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision Able to understand customer requirements and be able to map the right technology tools to be used Ability to configure and setup any of the HRMS Modules Ability to provide guidance
Essential Skill
Oracle HRMS
Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - HRMS, Payroll Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-vis competition
