Position Details:
Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting Web or Java applications
Gathers and analyzes requirements
Programs all or selected components of Web or Java applications. Documents components and applications
Researches, evaluates and recommends new tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities
Demonstrates rapid ability to seek, evaluate, and come up to speed on new technologies and processes
Independently writes and reviews design specifications, code, and unit tests
Troubleshoots and resolves medium to high complexity application defects
jCore Skills: (4 plus years experience)
SOLID in Java 5 programming
SOLID in Spring framework (MVC, IOC, JDBC, etc) and Hibernate framework.
Experience in developing web services and consuming web services (CXF)
Strong experience working with DB2
Front end Skills:
SOLID in Creating JSP pages, write JavaScript, use style sheets
SOLID in writing JavaScript, Create/update CSS
SOLID in Ajax/JSON, experience using various JQuery functions.
SOLID in Spring MVC, IOC (writing view model controllers)
Back end Skills:
Writing SQL to Create, Read, Update and Delete information from SQL server database/tables.
Knowledge building and deploying code on Web sphere infrastructure, Define variable and properties for the application Trouble shoot application issues, Review Web sphere logs
IDE
SOLID experience working in an Eclipse based IDE.
Nice to have's
Knowledge or JRules/Ilog
SVN, Liquibase, Hudson/Jenkins, jUnit
Health Care background huge PLUS but not required - HOWEVER experience in environments similar or larger than ours is required.
Location of the interviews: Naperville office
• Days/Times: Tuesday, June 11th (afternoon session) - interviews to begin at 12:30p and ending at 5:00p
Wednesday, June 12th(morning session) - interviews to begin at 9:30a and ending at 2:00p
• Onboard Date: Week ofJune 17th (may have some flexibility to have a few onboard the following week but we need at least 5 of the contractors to be able to be onsite ideally Monday the 17th (or in that week)
• Resumes Due: Friday, June 7th at 4p ((The manager is NOT going to review the resumes ahead of time, he feels that our suppliers should be able to technically qualify and submit candidates that can do what they say they can do. Please put your best recruiters on these java requests and utilize any additional technical people you know to help technically screen them as well)
• Email confirming interview date/time: I will have all notifications to you bySaturday, June 8th by 12noon
