Job Description:

·         The candidate's primary role is to provide MVS application maintenance and development. Working within a team environment, the candidate will perform requirement gathering, high/low level technical design, field-to-field mapping/conversion, coding, testing, documentation, and implementation of mainframe application enhancements as needed.

·         Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work efforts. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required.

·         Candidate should have 6-9 years proficiency in Mainframe programming using COBOL, DB2 (proficiency in DB2 stored procedures is must), SQL JCL, PROC, VSAM,CICS, IBM Utilities, Control M, Version Control Tools like Changeman, Endevor, Debuging Tools like Xpediter, Intertest.

·         Candidate MUST have proficiency working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Visio.
