I need 2 Software Test Engineers with C# development for and Selenium and Selenium Web Driver experience in Eagan, MN. This is a testing role but must have the development exp. Selenium/WebDriver is needed for this position. Thanks for your help.

These are testing roles that will have a development piece to it. The development is not for developing the application but instead is used for testing it. We need candidates that have and can test at the C# endpoint level.
We need candidates who can work independently and who are people who go find their own work and not wait for the work to be handed to them. We need people who can communicate clearly.
Part of what these people will need to be able to do is get C# endpoints from the developers and create tests around that. They will have to be able to, in an interview, share technical problems they have found on their own and then share, in detail, how they solved them. The client uses Selenium a lot in this environment so that's a plus to have.
To summarize:
Must be a tester or developer willing to test fulltime.
Must have C# programming exp and have used it to test at the endpoint level.
Must communicate well.
Selenium RC/GRID/WebDriver exp is a must
Out of town is ok.

Detailed Job Description
This position is to test Web Based projects. Top 3 must have skills are:
1) .NET/C# Development Experience with Selenium WebDriver
2) Some Testing experience
3) Comfortable in Agile environment 3.5) REST is preferred for some end point testing.
Candidate is expected to be self directed with the ability to identify appropriate implementation solutions and complete test implementation with minimal guidance. Agile experience and strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a plus.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for testing of enterprise application projects
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests in different platforms using C# and the WebDriver library
• Partner with software development staff to resolve application bugs and test upcoming application releases.
• Actively participate in Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, and Team Retrospectives
• Develop software-testing artifacts within an agile process
• Develop and actively participate in build test automation using C# and/or other technologies
• Create and manage software quality assessments; including anticipating project needs and implication of project decisions on quality
• Proactively work to identify, clarify, and resolve issues; remove barriers within and outside the organization in a timely manner
• Proactively share knowledge on best practices for testing software and act as a consultant across all the software development and testing groups
Minimum Qualifications
• A four-year degree in Computer Science or other related field
• 1-3 years of software testing and/or software development experience
• 2+ years of C# programming experience, including the Visual Studio IDE.
• 1+ year experience automating tests using WebDriver.
• Software testing and/or software development experience working with enterprise applications developed using various technologies (REST, Endpoint Dev/Testing, JavaScript, etc.)
• Knowledge and/or experience with the software tools and techniques used in automated testing
• Experience with large-scale projects including intra-departmental communication and collaboration
• Collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
