1. Position: SAP EDI Consultant
Location: Duncan, SC
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
· SAP ABAP + EDI
· SAP technical consultant with strong exposure in EDI field mapping for Bank transmissions and 3PL transactions.
· Ability to work with multiple functional inputs and map into a template superset with business rules
· Ability to work focused and within strict time bound delivery.
· Ability to estimate end to end work – not just EDI field mapping
2. Position: Global SAP ABAP Technical Lead
Location: Duncan, SC
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
· A classical Technical lead. With strong ABAP team lead experience
· Works with functional team, identifies technical gaps, identifies the possible solutions and confirms technical objects
· Should be able to interface strong client team and work as consultant with them by good communication and close issue tracking
· Should be able to look at globally distributed gaps and should be able to find unifying theme for consolidated planning
3. Position: Tivoli Consultant
Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
Revised Requirement 1:
· 5+ years of IT experience with 2 years of Tivoli Identity Management experience in Development / Administration.
· Experience in IBM Tivoli products including ITIM, TDI
· Communication and presentation skills
· Exposure to LDAP and WAS
· Experience on Java / J2EE and SQL
OR
Revised Requirement 2:
· 5+ years of IT experience in IBM Websphere Administration in Large enterprise environment with exposure to Tivoli Identity Management
· Exposure in IBM Tivoli products including ITIM, TDI
· Communication and presentation skills
· Exposure to LDAP, Active Directory, User Provisioning, Account reconciliation related activities in UNIX environment
4. Position: Remedy Consultant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
In need of a Remedy Developer who will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Strongly desire experience with ITSM-related products including Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, CMDB.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Leading the implementation and operations of Remedy version 8.x.
· Install, upgrade, apply patches and manage a Remedy system environment and application framework.
· Help Administer/Implement Action Request System and ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) suite applications and frameworks using ITIL methodologies.
· Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
· Create, modify, and archive company, support group, location, workflow, and user data while gathering requirements from internal users to integrate their applications with Remedy.
· Manage and support integration with other enterprise applications using various technologies
· Gathering requirements from the customer and building new reports as required.
· Knowledge of ITIL concepts and framework
Qualifications
· 7+ years of progressively responsible work experience in the offered position or as a Technical Lead, Systems Analyst, or related.
· 7 years of progressively responsible experience must involve installing, upgrading, and managing a Remedy environment, including at least one years of experience with Remedy version 7.6.x.
· Experience must also involve working with ITSM suite applications using ITIL methodologies
· Proficient with Business Objects Universe and report development.
· Proficient with Oracle database and Unix OS.
· Proficient with developing with Remedy Java API, AR Sperl, and Remedy Web Services.
· Experience with Remedy Distributed Server Option.
· Experience in requirements-gathering and project management.
· Ability to troubleshoot complex problems involving Remedy applications and integrated systems.
· Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
· Ability to effectively establish and meet deadlines
· Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business areas
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines, limited travel. This may also involve working over the weekends.
· Follow programming best practices and strictly adhere to change management process. Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant control requirements
