Remedy Admin/Engineer

(EAD or GC or US Cit)

Must
-3 years of Remedy programming experience (Need to have at least v7.5)
-Experience gathering requirements, meeting with users about Remedy (for updates, modifications, etc.)
-TechnoFunctional Understanding of Remedy (need to be able to develop, but also understand the functions)
-Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work within a team
-Strong verbal and written skills
-Experience working with/documenting support cases (found by customers)

Plusses
-Any experience doing Remedy upgrades
-Any certifications
-Experience working with Java or Perl (on the front-end)
-Experience with Linux or Solaris
