·         Hands on experience in Installation, Patching and Troubleshooting on the following IBM FileNet Products

§  FileNet Capture, HPII, COLD, FaxEntry, DataCap

§  P8 5.1 (CE, PE, AE)

§  FileNet Case Manager

§  FSM

§  eForms
