Good Analytical, communication, coordinating skills,
Attending business meetings to gather requirements, translate to offshore.
Work with offshore teams to take requirements to completion.
Strong Oracle PL/SQL technical / development skills. Performance tuning added advantage.
Complete SDLC and process knowledge.
