Job Description:-

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

·  
- Image Engineering (C7)
- Experience in Windows xp to Windows 7
- Strong experience in SCCM
  - Co-ordination with Offshore / Onsite team
- Need to have knowledge of Packaging
- Perform customer co-ordination & technical assessment request
- Helping team in troubleshooting technical problems and training team if required
- Handling technical queries with clients as well as with internal team
- Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), customer handling skills & Documentation skills.

Desired Technical/Functional Skills:

-Knowledge of Application Compatibility Testing
- Knowledge of VB scripting
- Knowledge of tools like VM Ware, Procmon, Orca,Microsoft ACT/App-DNA
