Position                     : Business Systems Analyst With Middle Office

Duration                   : 12+ Months

Location                    : Berwyn, PA

Rate                            : $55/Hr on C2C All Inc

 

 

This candidate must have very strong working knowledge of middle office operations and the data requirements an investment manager will have.  For example, will have strong working knowledge of Account structure, security master, classification schemes, etc... Candidate will assist with build, documenting and proceduralizing a "real time" Data Warehouse.

 

REQUIRED

·         8+ years overall with 3+ current in Middle Office

·         Experience on data warehouse projects

Strong technical acumen coupled with investment/middle office knowledge

 

The middle office comprises departments of a financial services company that manage position-keeping (i.e. control representation of transactions within transaction-registering system of a company). These divisions make sure these transaction representations properly capture profit flows given the technological resources. The middle office is usually part of Operations and Finance divisions including product control, which normally is also in charge of trade settlements. It draws on the resources of both the front and the Back Offices. Due to their critical role Middle Office always acts in tandem with Front Office work on open markets.
