Description Ø Real Estate & Workplace Services (REW) Ø Networking Team Ø Telecom Ø Desktop Support for both IT (corporate support) and TechOps (R&D support) Ø R&D Management - Managers and Up Ø 3rd Party Vendors such as (Milestone and Suddath) Ø The PM should have knowledge of Engineering Workspace environments including
Ø High level understanding of Desktop Technologies (Linux, Windows, Mac) Ø General understanding of Networking, cabling, switching Ø VLANS, IP space, etc. Ø Familiarity with IT Building infrastructure (data ports, telecom ports, IDF, power consumption) Ø The PM will need to be able to function in a fast paced environment in order to manage
Quick Changing Requirements Ø Multiple moves being simultaneously planned Ø The ideal candidate will have experience and show flexibility all in relation to R&D related corporate Moves. Ø The candidate will need to also utilize a structured process / run book in order to manage the workloads and stakeholder expectations.
Ø In general, the PM supports all phases of programs from inception through completion. Ø The PM will act as the primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with stakeholders to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Ø The PM will establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ø The PM will ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget as well as act as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. |
