# Positions	Description      We are looking for 10+ years of Experience resource with good communication skills. Job Requirements Ø  Need a solid understanding of Quality Assurance and testing best practices and methodologies especially in Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and CRM based packaged applications Ø  Have a metrics driven approach that will help to drive on going process improvements, defect reduction and cost reduction Ø  Able to juggle conflicting/changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of extremely challenging and fast paced deliverables. Ø  Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems. Ø  Manage multiple requests while managing issues and mitigating risks Ø  Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization Project management skills and being customer service orientation are also critical.   Experience Ø  A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: test design and management, communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and group facilitation skills. Ø  This should include experience with defect tracking tools and a working knowledge of test and defect life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process Ability to design scenarios to test the integration and satellite applications Ø  A minimum of 4 years of experience managing multiple projects and leading project teams
