Role: Performance Tester

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Boston MA

Rate: open 

Interview type: Phone and F2F 

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in software testing with an emphasis on creating and maintaining performance tests.
• Extensive experience using HP LoadRunner
• Experience with HP Quality Center and or Application Lifecycle Management.
• Testing methodologies and test plan/test case development.
• Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) experience is a must.
• Test automations skills preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results.
• Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills ; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment.
• Self -motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, related field or combined equivalent experience.
• 5-7 + years of experience with Quality Assurance performance testing
