Role SAP BW (Netweaver 7.3) Consultant JOB Summary Expertise in Solution Scoping and Estimation. Expertise in Solution Architecture and Blueprinting. Expertise in Conducting workshops, Presentations, Assessments on the subject matter . Experience in IT Service Management Process Consulting Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, customer focus, ability to handle conflicts, distinct ability to think analytically and make entrepreneurial decisions. Expertise in handling SAP BW upgrade project (7.0 - 7.3), including data flow conversion  Technical / Functional Skills Data Modeling: Extensively worked with Info Objects, Info Sources, Data Sources, PSA, Info Cubes, Multi Providers, InfoSets,  Data Store Objects (DSO)/ODS objects, Info Packages, Transformations (BI7), (Update rules and Transfer rules upto BW 3.5), DTP – Data Transfer Process, Aggregates, Open Hub Services, Business Content, APD (Analysis Process Designer). Data Administration: Worked on Process Chains, Extracted Full and delta loads. Data Extraction: Experienced in activating / enhancing standard content (ABAP). LO Cockpit, Generic Data Source, Non R/3, DB Connect and Flat file extractions. BW Reporting: Expertise in BEx Analyzer, Query Designer used Calculated Key Figures, Restricted Key Figures, Structures, Exceptions, Formulas, Filters, Conditions, Hierarchies etc.) and in Report Designer (BI 7), WEB Analyzer (BI 7) and Web Application Designer (WAD). BOBJ Reporting: Expertise in Universe Designer, Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI). Upgrade Experience in SAP BW from 3.5 to BI 7.0 and in depth knowledge of migrating data sources from BW 3.5 to BI 7.0. Proficient in writing ABAP user exits for master and transaction data and also writing complex ABAP routines in field routines, start routines, end routines and expert routines. Experienced with BW Accelerator, with creating and building BWA indexes etc... Performance tuning: Extensive experience in query and load performance using aggregates, Rollups, Indexes, Number Range Buffering, Partitions and Info-cube Compression techniques. Evaluated statistical performance on OLAP using BW statistics. Production Support: Skilled in dealing with production support issues, which involved debugging of data loads, update routines and transfer routines, process chains and monitoring and scheduling data loads.
