Job Title:                         Oracle Fusion HCM Developer

Location:                         Minneapolis MN

Duration:                         6+ Months/Contract

Interview: Phone and Skype

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Ideally 6 - 8+ years IT experience with current working experience on Fusion HCM release 10 or 11
• Good understanding of Fusion architecture and data structure
• Hands on experience of working on Fusion reporting and data extraction tools like BI Analytics, BI Publisher (data model), HCM Extracts
• Hands on experience of working on Fusion data import tool like HCM Data Loader (HDL) / (HBL)
• Create complex dashboards with various database prompts and data drill down capabilities
• Able to write complex SQL queries
• Very good communication and analytical skills
