* Guvnor (BRMS/BPMS).
* Expert (Rules).
* Fusion (CEP).
* Flow (Process/Workflow).
* Installing & Configuring Drools.
* Drools Eclipse Plugin setup.
* Working with Basic Rules
* Strong Core-Java skills comprising of thread, collections etc.
* Clear understanding of Web services approach including Web service protocols such as SOAP, XML, XSD, WSDL
* Must have good experience in Spring framework such as JAX-WS 2, JAXB
* Good understanding of JBoss application server
