Contract

-      Hands on experience with Installation, upgrade, patching, configuration and management of SQL Server database objects and related products

-      Prepare and Implement DB Backups/Creation/Migration Solutions

-      Implement and creation of security policies and controls, User access and role management, logging, replication, reporting and recovery procedures

-      Manage data from multiple sources including other local databases, internal, external and possibly 3rd party data

-      Experience with disaster recovery, database maintenance, database optimization and database design.

-      Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence  

-      Familiar with other DBMS (Oracle,DB2, Informix)

-      Understanding business processes and how to supply information that reflects measurement of those processes.

-      Administration of all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, and procedures.

-      Backup of Databases & Database restoration, Data Uploads from external data source, Database Recover by using Third Party Tools.

Knowledge of Database Replication, SQL and Windows Clustering, Log Shipping & Mirroring.
