4+ years of SQL Server database experience (writing complex queries, stored procedures, CRUD)
4+ years Test Automation experience (actual automation coding / not just leveraging someone else's framework)
Ability and willingness to work with multi-cultural team
Excellent communication (both written, verbal and inter-personal)
2+ years of .NET C# (must be able to open and interpret C# code, reverse engineer requirements from code, troubleshoot issues, etc.)
4+ Years with Test management tools
Agile Scrum experience

Day-to-Day

Quality expert on product
Participate in Quality Plan collaboration sessions. Significant quality contributions.
Execute on Test Automation strategies for Functional, Regression, Performance, etc.
Mentoring junior quality team members
Daily attendance of scrum calls
Hands on Testing and Automation in Microsoft Coded UI
Develop and use test automation frameworks to automate tests
Participate in peer quality/code reviews
Agile thought leader
