Location: West Chester
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: Telephonic + Skype
MUST HAVE SKILLS;
1. 8+ years of hands on development experience in Java EE and open source framework such as Spring, Hibernate
2. Strong OO design skills, understanding of enterprise software design patterns and data structures. Proven ability to leverage emerging technologies to address business and technical requirements
3. Experience with server-side architectures and web application development utilizing: Spring, Hibernate, Java/J2EE, REST, Service Oriented Architectures.
4. Solid knowledge in REST web services
5. Good experience in using Design Patterns
6. Good experience in Linux, Unix
7. Experience in build systems such as Maven and Ant and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins
8. Experience in software debugging and performance tuning
9. Knowledge in XML/XSD and JSON data structures are must.
10. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
11. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
12. Ability to work with no or limited guidance, grasp the concepts quickly and develop in an agile mode.
13. Ability to work towards meeting a very short deadlines and delivery dates.
14. Ability to support and provide help to various teams such as QA, Operations, Offshore etc.
Technologies:
1. 8 to 9 years of experience in Java ( Exp on 1.8 or 1.7 will be plus) is MUST
2. Strong development experience on Spring is MUST
3. REST Web services Development experience is MUST
4. Experience of working with XML/XSD and JSON
5. Experience on Cloud related technologies will be a plus
